1. Adding Investor's Entity Details

  • Step 1: Entering Basic Entity Information

  1. Profile Picture: Upload a profile picture of the investor or a logo of the entity.

  2. Stakeholder Category: Select the appropriate stakeholder category from the dropdown menu.

  3. Legal Name: Enter the legal name of the investor’s entity.

  4. Institution’s Govt. Issued ID Type: Choose the ID type from the dropdown menu (e.g., CIN, EIN).

  5. Institution’s Govt. Issued ID Number: Provide the institution’s government-issued ID number.

  6. Institution’s Domicile: Select the institution’s domicile from the dropdown menu.

  • Step 2: Entering Point of Contact Details

  1. First Name: Enter the first name of the contact person.

  2. Last Name: Enter the last name of the contact person.

  3. Designation: Provide the designation of the contact person within the entity.

  4. Nationality: Select the nationality of the contact person.
